We arrived 10 minutes before 9:00. She pushed us back toward the elevator, saying, ‘9:00 open’ We understood and went downstairs. Later, they accidentally swapped my shoes with my brother’s. I tried to explain the issue, but she didn’t understand, so I had to go in and swap them myself.

2. She doesn’t seem to have a strong understanding of English, which might not be ideal for someone in a front-facing role.”
