服務非常周到

11月に七五三で利用しました。 鶴岡八幡宮でお参りをして写真をたくさん撮り、小町通りでいろいろ見て回りましたが、着崩れ一切なし。ヘアセットの乱れもなし。 7歳なので着付けやヘアセット時は付き添いせずに店内で待ってましたが、人見知りせずいろんな話をしながらだったようで、子どもへの対応の優しさ・慣れがあって安心してお任せできました。 わが家にとっても最後の七五三。感慨深いものがありましたが、VASARAさんにお願いしてよかったです。 おねえちゃんの7歳、妹の3歳・7歳と、合計3回の七五三でお世話になりました。 夏に着物の予約、秋に七五三と2回セットでお邪魔するというのが定番の流れでしたが、東京から小旅行を兼ねて楽しい時間を過ごしました。楽しく気持ちよく帰京できたのはVASARAさんのご対応あってのこと。 ありがとうございました。

best kimono rental experience ive had so far (out of three)! the staff were all so helpful, friendly, and kind; they were knowledgeable of english, and as someone who is learning japanese, I also got to practice with them in a very welcoming environment
