Great experience! The rental was easy to navigate with little to no knowledge of Japanese. Every single person who worked there was so helpful and the staff worked as a unit. They were great. There were many beautiful styles and cute add ons. It was definitely worth it for a lifetime of memories.
The kimonos are very beautiful and the staff is very friendly, they also can speak English. Recommend

Very friendly, experienced, supportive, accomodative staff. Good quality and beautiful kimono for my daughther. Value for money, nice experienced.will definately come back again. Highly recommended to everyone.
