Wonderful experience! The workers are so kind. Not everyone speaks English but it really wasn't an issue. The yukatas were so pretty, I felt so elegant. Me and my mom loved it. One of the ladies even let me borrow her nail clippers when my nail broke. I'll also add that there are a lot of girls (and men) wearing yukatas around Asakusa so you won't feel out of place or anything.
