Les vendeuses sont accueillantes, agr?ables et s’occupent tr?s bien de nous (conseil, habillage, coiffure…). Il y a pas mal de choix en revanche de nombreux produits n?cessitent un suppl?ment mais les vendeuse nous le disent d?s le d?but.
Amazing collection of kimonos, friendly and welcoming service. Definitely planning on coming here again!

100% the highlight of my week in Kyoto. Felt like a princess the whole day~ Everyone at VASARA was so kind and caring, even though at times there was a language barrier. I have no complaints and if i'm ever back in Japan i'll come again.
I booked the 9AM slot and there was a lot of options to choose from ?
