以前、浅草店で利用させていただき、今回は梅田店でお世話になりました。 今回は息子娘の七五三の訪問着です。下見のときも親身になって、着物の相談に乗ってもらい、良いお着物を選べました。当日も朝混んでいる時間帯にも関わらず、スタッフのみなさん、テキパキ笑顔で和気あいあい着付け、ヘアセットしてくださりました。 また利用したいと思います。

10/10 service and kimono choice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We spent the day walking around Osaka in the beautiful kimono and took lots of great pictures. The staff was very transparent with any upcharges for more premium kimono options and accessories.

I got many compliments wearing this around Osaka castle saying how good my kimonk looked. Very welcoming and kind staff!
