im on the bigger side and was surprised when the staff said there was my size, but of course for a higher price. The staff were very patient, the only downside is that they spoke very little English. Otherwise their work is very professional, from hair styling to piecing the kimono together ??

Service is very good and store has nice choices of kimonos. As a plus size person i was happy that they even have my size. Theres is not time limit and you just has to get back by 5.30 no matter what time you start renting. Worth the experience.
