Each staff member was super helpful, welcoming and kind! The kimonos and accessories were all beautiful and intricate. We appreciated their efforts to communicate and work with us ? even with our changes to our original plan.

My wife and I rented from here during our anniversary trip and it was exactly what we were looking for! They were very helpful in getting us fitted for kimonos and their selection was great! Very comfortable and we had it for the entire day (0830-1600)! We traveled all over Kyoto in them and took some great photos!
