What a wonderful memorable experience.
Place was easy to find using google maps on the 10th floor.
There was plenty of staff to help, and they were friendly and attentive. Getting by using English was not a problem.
There was a decent collection of kimonos, and they were clean and in good condition.
Even considering that it was winter, and around 13 degrees, wearing a thermal underneath and the kimono on top was enough.
To top it off, walked from VASARA to Shibuya Sky for a photo package (easy walk even in the traditional slip one provided). With the package, we got to beat the queue to the corner vantage point too.
Having lunch then on level 13 was just sublime.
You rent the kimono till 5.30, so plenty of time to take your extra photos before returning it for the day.

The staff is really helpful and kind. They have amazing kimonos. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

It was very professional and the staff was so friendly and helpful! I took the standard package since it was my first time wearing a proper kimono and I was really happy with the result. I recommend coming here :)
