Incredible experience! We were late for our reservation but they still squeezed us in and in record time so we could still make it to our flight!! Very friendly and professional. Definitely come here if you are looking for a rental! We snapped our own pictures at Shibuya crossing.

明治神宮での神前式に参列のため、こちらでレンタルと着付けをお願いしました。手早く綺麗に着付けていただき、ヘアセットも途中で要望変更してしまったにも関わらず丁寧に対応してくださり、本当に感謝しております。お着物とても素敵だと褒めてもらいました。ありがとうございました！

The service was excellent. The staff was in incredibly helpful (especially a young lady called Hohoro. They helped us get a glimpse of an authentic Japanese experience while we were in town. Highly recommended !
