Excellent service. Very nice staff. Best if you have your own translator if you have specific questions, however the staff will try their best to understand/accommodate you regardless. Highly recommended if you're looking to rent a kimono.

Eine super tolle Erfahrung. Wir sind spontan bei Vasara vorbeigekommen und konnten uns unser Outfit aussuchen und frei zusammenstellen. Die Kommunikation hat auf Englisch gut geklappt und es wurde sich viel Zeit f?r alles genommen. Ich kann den Verleih weiterempfehlen. Auch f?r M?nner eine tolle und einmalige Erfahrung. ????

Besondere Erfahrung heute in Kyoto: wir hatten heute das Gl?ck als Walk-In bei @vasara_kyotoekimae akzeptiert zu werden und dort traumhafte Hakama leihen zu d?rfen Jede der Damen war ?beraus freundlich & so professionell! Auch wenn wir kein Japanisch sprechen, hat die Kommunikation auf Englisch wunderbar geklappt. ?????♀????? Unsere Outfits & das Haarset waren perfekt abgestimmt - eine absolute Empfehlung f?r jeden der eine kulturelle Erfahrung machen m?chte

If you’re a tourist like we are, please be prepared to pay for bunch of additional upgrades because their premium collections are just magnificent. Overall, you’ll find a very nice selection of kimonos, accessories, and hairdo here, especially for women. ?? (They didn’t do makeup at the time of our visit) The staff is very polite, helpful, and professional. ?? 10/10 would recommend ????

This was a wonderful little boutique. With limited English they were able to understand and make it work so well. So much attention to detail. But every pretty thing was an add on to the base price that made it hard to choose and decide what you wanted.
