Rude staffs, clothes are dirty and worn by many people without washing. Everything is extra charged. Horrible hair setting service even though it costs 2200 yen extra

職員細心有禮，非常近人力車，又在車站旁。

120% Happy!!! Great service and so many beautiful kimono selections! All staff are very kind and helpful. Only problem can be the location. There is no lift to go up the shop. Climbing up and down 4th floor was a bit of challenge. But we had a great time. Thank you!
