Very friendly staff and extremely affordable compared to other rental shops. The selection is wide for both men and women.

I am reviewing as someone who accompanied a family member to the appointment. We went at an early time before 10 am and it was a pleasant experience. The process was clearly explained. Few of the staff spoke English and friendly. The boutique was small though but considering it’s Tokyo. That is normal.
