Really great experience and super fun walking around the city, many people smiled. Staff was great in dressing us could’nt have asked for better experience and everyone was so nice!

This is a beautiful shop, with a wide range of beautiful kimonos! They also speak English and are foreigner-friendly. Some of the kindest shop owners I’ve met in Japan! Rent your kimono/yukata here!

Good selection of Kimonos even for 1-star. The ladies at VASARA Kamakura were very friendly, and were skilled and efficient in dressing me in my kimono, and tying my (rather dry & always messy) hair into a neat bun that lasted throughout the day. Love that I could wear the kimono from 9.30am-5.30pm making my money’s worth and taking photos around kamakura in it!
